How To Return An Item
To be eligible for refund/exchange, all items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, unworn (if applicable) and with all original packaging, labeling and tags, where applicable. All items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase on the receipt/invoice.
1. Please email to request a refund or exchange. We will reply to confirm your request and will issue you a return ID number and a mailing address to return the item(s). Please don't mail the item back until you have received your return ID number.
2. Please include in your package:
a signed note stating the reason for your return;
a printed copy of the original receipt/invoice.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or is missing the original packaging, tags and/or labels, where applicable, will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
If an error is made on the customer's end, and a refund OR exchange is issued:
We will not refund the original shipping that you paid on the order. An additional fee may be charged to cover the new costs of shipping the new item and/or returning the former item. All refunded items (not exchanges) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
If an error is made on our end and a refund OR exchange is issued:
There will be NO restocking fee and NO new shipping charges will be incurred by you.
If your item is unused, unworn, unaltered and with all original packaging, labels and tags, where applicable, you may exchange your item for a different size and/or color, or another equivalent priced item, provided that the item is available. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will be charged for the additional shipping and return shipping costs, unless the error was on our end.
